Terms & Conditions

1- Service Tax 10% Extra
2- Bookings will be permitted 20-days before the Scheduled departure of the tour according to availability of seats
3- All Char Dham Tour in Non Air conditioned vehicle (Tempo Traveller /27 seater Bus) with Pushback seats depending on the number of passengers.
4- No Night Travel
5- Accommodation on Twin Sharing or family room basis
6- All Accommodation in neat and clean Hotels with basic amenities

1- If cancellation made 15-days before the scheduled departure of the tour- 25% Cancellation charge.
2- If cancellation made between 10 and 15 days before the scheduled departure of the tour- 50% Cancellation charge.
3- If cancellation made between 5 and 10 days before the scheduled departure of the tour- 75% Cancellation charge.
4- No refund will be given to cancellation with in 5 days of departure.
5- Refund will be given after due verification of cancellations.
6- Refund will be given in your account or collect it from our office.

- If there is any unprecedented hike in the cost of transport (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation on Char Dham Yatra it will also affect the cost.
- We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides on chardham tour route, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
- Itinerary & price of the tour is subject to change without any prior notice.
